Valentine’s Day isn’t just a boon for chocolate lovers everywhere, it’s a great day to be a corporation: Americans buy 58-million pounds of chocolate and candy every Valentine’s Day—it’s a lot. But all of that candy isn’t just melting hearts, it’s tearing the heart out of our rainforests, too.
