Right now, Congress is considering a RECORD $886 billion Pentagon budget.

Tell Congress: prioritize the people, not defense contractor profits. NO to wasteful Pentagon spending.

As Republicans work to slash taxes for the rich and gut essential programs for working families, they’re hoping to pass a record Pentagon budget.

Instead of blindly shoveling more money at a bloated Defense Department, Congress must put human needs first, and crack down on defense contractor profiteering.

Thanks to intensive lobbying and big campaign spending from defense contractors, we’re spending more taxpayer money than ever on outdated ships and malfunctioning planes.

And while we’re sending the Pentagon money it didn’t even need, we don’t know where it’s going - the Pentagon has never passed an audit.

The defense budget is supposed to take care of our nation’s security, not serve as a feeding frenzy for well-connected contractors and members of Congress bringing bacon home to their districts.
