US (STOP THE MONEY PIPELINE) : We delivered gift baskets to 200+ WELLS FARGO locations!

On Monday 4th, we teamed up with Wells Fargo Workers United for a nationwide day of action - we visited more than 200 Wells Fargo branches in a single day!

Why? Income inequality. Today, the richest 50 Americans hold more wealth than the poorest 165 million people combined. That’s not just extreme, it’s the result of deliberate choices by corporations that prioritize profits over workers. Wells Fargo is a clear example:

Right now, it takes CEO Charles Scharf just 5 hours to earn what the median Wells Fargo worker makes in an entire year. And instead of addressing that imbalance, the bank is actively working to silence workers who are trying to change it.

Wells Fargo workers across the country are organizing with Wells Fargo Workers United, launching the largest unionization effort ever attempted at a Wall Street bank. But the bank is fighting back hard.

Wells Fargo is facing more than 35 Unfair Labor Practice charges, with workers reporting intimidation, retaliation, and union-busting tactics simply for trying to organize.

That’s why we’re stepping up: Support the activists on the ground who took action today: Use our tool to email Wells Fargo executives and tell them enough is enough.

At each branch, we delivered gift bags to workers, along with invitations to worker-led happy hours and trainings – creating space for workers to connect, build power, and learn how to unionize their workplaces.

Because here’s the truth: one of the most powerful ways to fight inequality is by strengthening unions.

Take action with us and call out Wells Fargo’s union-busting leaders: CEO Charles Scharf and Head of Labor Relations, Stan Sherrill.

And it’s no coincidence that a bank profiting off fossil fuel expansion, and fueling environmental harm in frontline communities, is also working to suppress workers’ rights.

This is bigger than Wells Fargo. It’s about whether corporations can keep driving inequality unchecked, or whether workers and communities can come together to demand something better.

Together, we can challenge one of the most powerful banks in the country - and build a future that works for workers, communities, and the planet.

In Solidarity,

- the Stop the Money Pipeline team.
