US (STOP THE MONEY PIPELINE) : A CELEBRATION and GALA for STMP ; JOIN US MAY 21st for BRIGHTER FUTURES!

For nearly a decade I worked alongside immigrant and migrant communities fighting for dignity, respect, and permanent protections. From coast to coast I witnessed immigrant families organizing across various federal administrations and one thing remained true throughout –– solidarity from allies across movements was critical.

That’s why I’m so proud of our work at Stop the Money Pipeline. Since Trump came into office we’ve been combating his authoritarian agenda and showing up to protect immigrant communities.

From joining efforts to shut down Hilton hotels for housing ICE agents, to mobilizing thousands to demand Congress stop funding ICE and CBP. And it doesn’t stop there. We’ve also been organizing against racist and right wing extremist Elon Musk and why I’m particularly excited about our DOGE Accountability campaign.

At our six year mark I’m thrilled to invite you to our first ever virtual fundraising gala: Brighter Futures on Thursday, May 21st at 8:00 PM ET / 5:00 PM PT.

Since last year, we’ve organized with anti-Musk activists to fight against Musk’s egregious assaults on our democracy. We led the Divest Musk campaign aimed at getting city councils to pass resolutions instructing government agencies to not do business with Musk’s companies –– and so far Davis, California passed a resolution, along with Lehigh County, Pennsylvania who halted new investments in Tesla in actively managed funds.

We also led the charge with our Boycott T-Mobile campaign as the company capitulated to Trump’s authoritarianism and partnered with Musk’s Starlink. Thousands joined us in signing a pledge to not do business with T-Mobile and canceled their T-Mobile accounts.

We know there’s so much more to do and we hope you can join us for Brighter Futures on May 21st.

At this interactive community celebration, you’ll get all the latest intel from our campaigns, watch a beautiful cello performance, and participate in an auction where you can bid on signed copies of books from social justice leaders, and more.

We’ll be joined by some phenomenal speakers including climate justice leader Bill McKibben, environmental justice badass Roishetta Ozane, and cellist activist John-Mark Rozendaal who played a key role in our Summer of Heat campaign.

Join us on Thursday May 21st for Brighter Futures. Register today!

In Solidarity,

- Nancy, Stop the Money Pipeline.
