Gaza (SAVE THE CHILDREN INTERNATIONAL) : FAMINE CONFIRMED ; CHILDREN are STARVING TO DEATH.

If w

Friend,

This nightmare has dragged on for nearly two years. Could it get worse? It just has. Famine has been officially declared in Gaza. Children are starving to death before our eyes.

At least 132,000 children under five are at risk of death from acute malnutrition. Over half a million people are already facing catastrophic hunger and half of them are children. One of them is Basma*, just one year old, who was hospitalized with severe malnutrition. With our support, she is slowly recovering — but supplies are running out, and countless other children may not survive.

Our CEO, Inger Ashing, put it bluntly:
All of Gaza is being starved by design, and children are paying the highest price.

This famine is not an accident. For months, humanitarian aid and essential goods have been severely restricted. Families are being starved by design — a war tactic that is leaving children too weak to walk, mothers too malnourished to carry their babies to term, and entire generations facing irreversible harm.

If we don’t act now, thousands — possibly hundreds of thousands — of children could die from starvation in the coming weeks.

Please, if you can, stand with children on the brink of starvation. Your gift today can help make a real difference to the most vulnerable.
The incredible kindness of our donors has kept us on the ground, reaching children who are living the unimaginable.

Save the Children is doing everything possible.
Our clinics are providing therapeutic food, medical care, and psychosocial support, helping over
113,000 people since the war began — including more than 42,000 childrenBut we need a surge of humanitarian aid to enter Gaza and the safety and access to treat the most vulnerable children in Gaza.

Please donate now. By giving today, you show Gaza’s children that they are not forgotten.

We cannot reverse famine’s impact once a child’s life is lost. But we can still save thousands if we act immediately.

Thank you for not turning away in this darkest hour.
With urgency,
