U.S (Color Of Change) : HELP us to PROTECT our rights to PROTEST !

Color Of Change:

Dear friend, you can learn a lot about someone based on what they fight for.

Just look at last summer : Millions of folks like you took to the streets to demand justice for Black lives, powering the largest movement in U.S. history.

But while we took direct action to dismantle white supremacy, others fought to uphold it. Senate Republicans just blocked a bipartisan commission to investigate the January 6 Capitol insurrection. At the same time, GOP lawmakers across the country introduced 81 new anti-protest bills to threaten our right to demand justice for Black people.2

Dear friend, Color Of Change is fighting to strike down anti-protest bills that target Black organizers and activists, but we need your help. Can we count on you to power the campaign to protect our right to protest?

Make no mistake, friend : Republican lawmakers are attacking our right to protest because they know that when we come together and raise our voices to demand justice, we win.

They know that direct action gets the goods. And they’re scared a Black-led multiracial coalition will dismantle the white supremacist status quo that keeps them in power.

They’re right. We will win. But our fight for justice is far from over.

Friend, we know you’re committed to the fight for justice and the right to organize against police violence and anti-Black racism. Reaffirm your commitment today: If you are able, please chip in $5 to support this critical fight.

PROTECT BLACK PROTESTERS: CHIP IN $5 NOW

With your help, Color Of Change has already blocked efforts to target Black protesters3 AND attempts to cover up the Capitol insurrection. We’re calling out corporations that donate to insurrectionist politicians,4 and we've demanded investigations into white supremacist infiltration of Capitol Police.5

But our campaign to protect the right to protest is a nationwide movement. We can’t strike down these dangerous anti-protest bills in dozens of states without support from people like you.

Dear friend, your support today will help Color Of Change continue to demand action from elected officials, support Black organizers on the ground in key states, and spread the word to defeat these harmful anti-protest bills.

That's why we have to ask: Will you chip in $5 to protect Black protestors today?

As always, thank you for your continued support — and for fighting shoulder-to-shoulder with us to protect Black lives.

Until justice is real,

Scott, Rashad, Arisha, Malachi, Erika, Megan, Ernie, Palika, Madison, Ariel, Trevor, Ana, McKayla, and the rest of the Color Of Change team.
