Because of your support, and the support of many others like you, 113.6 million children across 113 countries were reached with life-saving aid, education, protection, and hope. We responded to 112 emergencies, from conflicts to climate disasters and helped drive 122 policy changes to protect and empower children.  Your help made possible: A ban on child marriage in Sierra Leone. Female genital mutilation and cutting outlawed in Gambia. Children participating in the G20 for the first time. A school rebuilt to be climate-resilient in flood-hit Pakistan. Drones delivering blood to save lives in Rwanda. And so much more. These are not just statistics. These are real children, with real stories — like Lana, born in Gaza in the middle of a humanitarian crisis. Her mother, Tima*, gave birth at a mobile clinic run by Save the Children, supported by our Emergency Health Unit. In a place where hospitals were overwhelmed and under attack, Lana’s safe arrival was a moment of hope. “She’s so small, but she’s strong,” said midwife Deda, cradling Lana gently. “She came into the world in the middle of chaos, but she’s surrounded by love.” Your support helped children to survive, learn, be protected, and lead change in their communities.
