U.S (STOP THE MONEY PIPELINE) : T-MOBILE is caving to TRUMP. SIGN the #BOYCOTTTMOBILE PLEDGE!

 

In recent months, we have seen the power of a consumer boycott. When Target decided to cave to the Trump administration and roll back its Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, prominent Atlanta pastor Dr. Jamal Bryant called for a Target boycott. Since February, the ripple effects have been massive. Target lost customers and millions in daily sales due to Black activists’ and leaders’ successful boycott. In its second quarter of this year, Target reported a 21% drop in net income. This forced Target’s CEO to step down. Boycotts work and the public has shown that when corporations turn their backs on workers and capitulate to Trump, there will be consequences. Like Target, T-Mobile has made a conscious decision to side with Trump. That’s why we are calling for a boycott of T-Mobile. Sign the #BoycottTMobile pledge. T-Mobile followed in Target’s footsteps and ended its DEI program, stating that the program would be ended "not just in name, but in substance." Why? So the Trump administration would approve two major acquisitions. In July, T-Mobile announced they would host Trump Mobile on their network, raising concerns about conflicts of interest as Trump serves as President and could be benefiting from the business relationship with the Trump Organization. Ces derniers mois, nous avons pu constater l'impact du boycott des consommateurs . Lorsque Target a décidé de céder à l'administration Trump et de renoncer à ses initiatives en matière de diversité, d'équité et d'inclusion (DEI), le Dr Jamal Bryant, éminent pasteur d'Atlanta, a appelé au boycott de Target. Depuis février, les répercussions ont été considérables.

Target a perdu des clients et des millions de dollars de chiffre d'affaires quotidien en raison du boycott réussi des militants et dirigeants noirs. Au deuxième trimestre de cette année, Target a annoncé une baisse de 21 % de son bénéfice net . Cette situation a contraint son PDG à démissionner . Les boycotts fonctionnent et l'opinion publique a démontré que lorsque les entreprises tournent le dos aux travailleurs et capitulent devant Trump, elles font face à des conséquences.

Comme Target, T-Mobile a pris la décision consciente de se ranger du côté de Trump.

T-Mobile a emboîté le pas à Target et a mis fin à son programme DEI, déclarant que celui-ci prendrait fin « non seulement en nom, mais aussi en substance ». Pourquoi ? Pour que l'administration Trump approuve deux acquisitions majeures .

En juillet, T-Mobile a annoncé qu'il hébergerait Trump Mobile sur son réseau, soulevant des inquiétudes quant aux conflits d'intérêts alors que Trump est président et pourrait bénéficier de la relation commerciale avec la Trump Organization.
