In the wake of horrific storms like Helene and Milton, the climate emergency is here, on our doorsteps — and it will only get worse if we don’t act fast. But the news channels aren’t covering who’s to blame. Because there really is a boogeyman here… and you may have been feeding it with your hard earned income for years. Banks like Bank of America, Citi and Chase have been keeping the fossil fuel industry growing — year after year, decades in the making — using YOUR hard-earned dollars as a weapon against you, like continuing to bankroll the fastest-growing fossil fuel sector in the world: methane gas. Because if you haven’t already experienced how frightening the climate crisis is, you will. There’s no escaping it, not even for the greedy bank executives and fossil fuel corporations profiting from our misery. This Halloween, don’t let banks, fossil fuel companies and politicians trick us anymore — it’s time to treat them all to a major wake up call. Because we really don’t have any time left to act. |
