Thank you for signing the pledge to stand behind Kim Foxx in the face of attacks from the Chicago Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) !

I'm following up because the FOP is continuing to call on Foxx to resign, and their voices are dominating the media and rallying people against her. Fox News brought on Chicago Police Union President Kevin Graham on Friday to continue to turn people against her on a national stage.

We just met as a team to talk about how we can make sure the Chicago police's story isn't the only one out there. That's when we realized that we have thousands of people who signed a pledge to stand with her, including you !

We want to flood the internet with dozens of videos of people like you talking about why you stand behind Kim Foxx.

If we can get enough of these videos out there from everyday people, it will push the media to shift away from their one-sided coverage of the Chicago police and acknowledge that a huge part of the public stands with Foxx. And just as importantly, it will show Kim Foxx that she is not alone during this attack on her integrity.

• Let's be clear : the attacks against Kim Foxx are about upholding a racist criminal “justice” system that bends to the will of police and their unions, and seeks to lock people in cages rather than transform harm in communities.
• Jussie Smollett’s case was not special. State's Attorney Foxx has been moving her office away from unnecessarily locking people up since she got into office.
• The police and their unions are deeply afraid of the power in Black communities electing their own prosecutors, and they feel their unchecked power slipping away. That's why they are attacking State’s Attorney Foxx and, by extension, our national movement to hold prosecutors accountable.
