COLOR OF CHANGE (U.S) : This Thanksgiving we're serving #Food4Thought.

Join with Color of Change and hold a

 #Food4Thought conversation.

Take the pledge now !

Take Action!

Dear friend,

In the last year, a groundswell of activism powered by athletes and sports figures at all levels has jump-started a long overdue national dialogue on racial justice, dignity, and police accountability. And communal spaces from the water cooler to our Twitter feeds have been ablaze with hot takes on #TakeTheKnee, Trump’s attack on Black athletes, and more. That’s why we’re asking you to celebrate November as Athletes and Activism Month and keep the conversation going by providing #Food4Thought this Thanksgiving weekend.

All November, Color Of Change has been honoring the long tradition of Black athletes using their personal platform to fight against white supremacy. And as the month wraps up, we’re asking you to join with us in taking our #Food4Thought pledge. The #Food4Thought pledge is a commitment to have a courageous conversation at the dinner table over Thanksgiving weekend-- about athletes and activism, the right to protest, and criminal justice. Once you take the pledge, you’ll get access to our #Food4Thought discussion guide, see how many #Food4Thought conversations are happening all over the country, and be able join the discussion in real-time.

As athletes across the nation face retribution and intimidation for acting on their right to protest, it’s more important than ever that we affirm their inalienable dignity and pledge to support their activism by using the #Food4Thought discussion questions to engage with loved ones over this Thanksgiving weekend.
Until justice is real,

Jade Magnus Ogunnaike and The Color Of Change Team

Color Of Change is building a movement to elevate the voices of Black folks and our allies, and win real social and political change. Help keep our movement strong.
