The January 6 committee presented a mountain of damning evidence that
twice-impeached Donald Trump incited an insurrection against our nation,
and he continues to foment attacks against our democracy to this day.
Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment states that any person who takes an oath of office to defend our Constitution and then engages in insurrection is forever barred from holding public office again.
If Section 3 of the 14th Amendment means anything, it clearly disqualifies Donald Trump from becoming president again. We need to shut him down before he does permanent damage.

The U.S. Constitution clearly disqualifies Donald Trump from becoming president. And ballot disqualification for insurrection is not unprecedented. Courts have already ruled that January 6 insurrectionists can be barred from office.
