U.S : TRUMP is a sexual predator. Enough !

Dear friend,

Just a few days ago, E. Jean Carroll, a columnist for Elle Magazine, became the twenty-second woman 1 to come forward with an account of sexual violence at the hands of President Trump. Carroll detailed how Trump cornered her in a Bergdorf Goodman dressing room in the mid 90s, violently pushed her causing her to hit her head, and raped her.2

One woman being assaulted is one too many. Twenty-two is a crisis. But it seems that too many people view sexual assault allegations against the president as "the new normal" and move on. But this isn't normal. This isn't ok. There is a clear pattern of abuse by the president, and we need to hold him accountable for his years of predatory behavior.

The U.S. House of Representatives has the power to open investigations into the sexual assault and harassment allegations against Trump. Public investigations are necessary to force the country, the media, and President Trump to confront his history of assault and predation. It will also give the survivors the acknowledgement they deserve. If enough of us speak out, we can show our members of Congress in D.C. that their constituents, like you, demand the president finally be held accountable for his history of sexual violence.

Will you sign the petition demanding that Congress investigates the president for sexual assault and harassment ?

Tell The U.S. House of Representatives : "Investigate the president for sexual assault and harassment."

Trump is a sexual predator. He has been accused of assault, harassment, and rape with allegations going back over 35 years.3 He has even proudly boasted about his abuse on radio shows and in the infamous Access Hollywood tape in which he said, "...grab ’em [women] by the pussy."4 When the media and our elected representatives ignore these stories of assault, they set a dangerous precedent of minimizing and normalizing predatory behavior.

Sexual assault is already an epidemic in our country. Someone in the United States is sexually assaulted every 92 seconds.5 We can't afford to take a single step backwards and moving forward means holding President Trump accountable.

Trump and his cronies continue to disparage and bully the brave women who come forward with their stories. Congress can show once and for all that they believe and support survivors and take sexual assault seriously by opening public investigations into these allegations and ensuring that these survivors are given the attention that they deserve.

Will you speak out with survivors, and sign the petition demanding Congress investigate the allegations of sexual assault and abuse against Trump ?

Thanks for speaking out !
