Earlier this month, Americans spent several days glued to the news, waiting to see which candidate for president would win states like Arizona, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Georgia. This was in spite of the fact that one candidate had already received the most votes of any presidential candidate in history and led the popular vote by millions.
