Tell AT&T: Stop using loopholes to donate to the treason caucus.

Dear friend,

 

 

 

The events of January 6th are etched into our brains. The insurrection ended with a violent attack on the U.S. Capitol, the death of 5 people, and the fabric of our nation in tatters.

 

After the dust had settled, companies lined up in droves to be the first to denounce the events of that day and commit to suspending funding to complicit politicians. One of the first was AT&T. but unfortunately, AT&T’s “commitment” didn’t last very long.

 

According to a report by Popular Information, AT&T, one of the country’s most active political donors, found a loophole that allows them to continue donating thousands of dollars to Republican groups closely tied to politicians who stood against Biden’s certification, including Sen. Ted Cruz.

 

Can you sign the petition from our friends at CREDO calling on AT&T to stop using loopholes to make contributions to the treason caucus ?

 

 

 

Sign the petition: Tell AT&T to stop donations to any and all Political Action Committees linked to politicians who objected to the certification of Joe Biden’s election.

 

 

 

In recent weeks, groups that have received financial support from AT&T include The House Conservatives Fund, Republican Main Street Partnership PAC, and the Tuesday Group PAC – all of which are closely aligned with members of Congress who attempted to delegitimize our democracy with their seditious acts on January 6th.

 

AT&T’s PAC is one of the most active political donors in the country, donating more than $2.6 million to politicians last year alone. They have a responsibility just as much as we do to protect this great democracy that we call America. But right now, they are donating to groups working to undermine our democracy – and that needs to stop now.

 

 

 

Tell AT&T you won’t stand for it. Sign the petition from our friends at CREDO and demand that AT&T stop all donations to GOP objectors to Biden’s January 6th certification.
