SIGN ON: Expand the Supreme Court       Republicans stole a majority on the Supreme Court. Now, its run amok, making record use of a secretive “shadow docket” that allows it to fast-track rulings without oral arguments or signed opinions.   The “shadow docket” has already eviscerated Roe v. Wade, restored Trump’s “Remain in Mexico” policy for asylum seekers, and threatened millions with homelessness by ending the federal eviction moratorium.   The Judiciary Act of 2021 adds 4 seats, restoring balance and sanity to the Supreme Court.       SIGN ON: Stop the "shadow docket". Expand the Supreme Court with the Judiciary Act of 2021.       Democrats must do whatever it takes to preserve free and fair elections.   The Supreme Court is happy to act as a right-wing super-legislature that will uphold extremist attempts to deny the right to vote, and enshrine near-permanent rule by a conservative minority.   This is a red-alert moment. We must fight back, not cling to outdated, artificial norms while one party attacks the very fundamentals of our democratic system of governance.       SIGN ON: Stop the "shadow docket".
