Week in Review

On Wednesday, VOCAL-NY joined allies to call for the SRG to be disbanded at an oversight hearing — where the NYPD failed to show up for the third time. On Thursday, the Challenging Wrongful Convictions Act (S215/A2878) moved through committee and is on the Assembly floor awaiting a vote. Also on Thursday, resolution 0514 was introduced, calling on Governor Hochul and the state legislature to support those living with HIV by passing Rest of State Housing.
