U.S (ULTRA VIOLET ACTION) : Tell governors and attorneys general that you support medication abortion !

Dear friend,

Momentum is on our side in the fight for medication abortion access. Last week, California Governor Gavin Newsom made the bold and correct move to not renew a $54 million contract with Walgreens for its hesitation to dispense abortion pills in states where anti-abortion extremists threatened to sue the company.1

Following Gov. Newsom's action, New York's Governor Kathy Hochul and Attorney General Letitia James sent a letter to our nation's largest pharmacies pressuring them to commit to making abortion pills available in the state of New York.2

Now, we need to up the pressure and encourage all governors and attorneys general to follow suit and ensure access to abortion pills in their states. We launched a petition last week with these demands, and more than 15,500 people have signed so far. Will you add your name and help us break 20,000 signatures on this campaign?

The more of us who encourage elected officials to do the right thing and not cower to anti-abortion extremists, the likelier governors and attorneys general will be to listen and do right by us. If you haven't already, please add your name--and we will deliver this petition with your signature and the many thousands of others who share your concern.

Thank you for taking action with us !
