The United States just surpassed 200,000 deaths from COVID-19, a pandemic disproportionately impacting Black, Indigenous, and Latinx communities.² The U.S. immigration system is riddled with depraved human rights violations, the latest being the forced sterilizations of immigrant women at a detention center in Georgia.³ And following the recent passing of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the Trump administration is already attempting to jam through a replacement for her.⁴

 

We cannot afford to sit this election out.
