SIGN YOUR NAME   Dear friend,     A federal court has upheld a Kentucky law designed to cut off abortion access through heavy restrictions on health centers that have nothing to do with medical safety – and everything to do with stripping people of their bodily autonomy. The law will now require the last two health centers in the state that offer abortions to get a written transfer agreement with a local hospital and a transport agreement with an ambulance in order to operate. Without these medically unnecessary agreements, the health centers will need to apply every 90 days for a waiver from the health department.
