McDonald’s workers like me have filed more than 50 complaints of sexual harassment since 2016. Many of us who have spoken up have experienced retaliation, including reduced hours, unwarranted discipline, and being fired or forced to leave their jobs.    Our demand is simple : develop a worker-led program to end sexual harassment in fast food restaurants.    McDonald’s has shown us time and time again that they won’t protect us from COVID, workplace violence, or sexual harassment.
