U.S : Companies must STOP funding insurrectionists !

 

 

 

Major companies are funnelling money to the members of Congress who incited the insurrection.   After the January 6 attack on the Capitol, nearly 200 corporations and industry groups vowed they would pause or stop making political contributions to the 147 members of Congress who voted against certifying the election.   While the majority of these insurrectionists continue to promote the Big Lie that led to the attack, their political donations from 580 corporate and industry PACs are flowing once again, according to Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW).       Tell major companies that democracy must come before partisan political interests. Add your name to the petition demanding companies stop funding insurrectionists now!       Companies who said they would ‘pause’ their political contributions were taking an easy out, biding time until they could quietly resume.   Even worse, there are a number of companies that stated those donations would cease altogether, and then quickly went back on those commitments.   These major corporations think we aren’t paying attention.
