U.S (NATIVE ORGANIZERS ALLIANCE ACTION FUND): Tell CONGRESS : Don’t sacrifice environmental justice to MAGA hostage takers !

Friend,

The second principle of environmental justice affirms :

“Environmental justice demands that public policy be based on mutual respect and justice for all peoples, free from any form of discrimination or bias.”[1]

We know that Tribal Nations are the hardest hit by corporate greed and pollution, and have health and human service programs that have been chronically underfunded for decades.

As MAGA Republicans drive towards a government shutdown, we’re organizing to stop claw backs from climate and environmental justice programs.

Add your name as a grassroots co-signer to an urgent letter to Congress and President Biden to avert a government shutdown and fight against any efforts to undo hard-won investments in environmental justice.

TAKE ACTION

Together, we’re mobilizing to stop extreme rightwing politics from driving economic policies of the federal government. This is a long term struggle that we are committed to. With your support, we can keep on, keeping on.

Ahéhee' (thank you in Navajo),
