U.S : Urge the BIDEN administration to SHUT DOWN the DAKOTA ACCESS PIPELINE (Deadline Friday).

Urge the Biden administration to shut down the Dakota Access Pipeline.

Dear friend,

The Dakota Access Pipeline carries hundreds of thousands of barrels of dirty oil per day through four states over an 1,172 mile route. It's a disaster for indigenous rights and our climate.

Pres. Biden's Army Corps of Engineers will be deciding the fate of the pipeline in a key court hearing on Friday – so we need to act fast to show our opposition.

Can you sign the urgent petition from our friends at Sierra Club asking the Biden administration to shut down the Dakota Access Pipeline ?

Sign the petition: Stop the Dakota Access Pipeline.

Not only is the Dakota Access Pipeline currently operating without a permit and in violation of key environmental laws, but it also needlessly endangers the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe, drinking water resources, waterways, and the climate – putting lives and our future at risk, all for the sake of oil industry profits.

This shouldn't be a complicated decision — the pipeline is dangerous, doesn’t have the necessary permits, and is an affront to tribal sovereignty. President Biden has promised to restore respect and dignity to the White House, and shutting down DAPL is an excellent way to start down this path.

Can you add your name to Sierra Club’s petition right now urging President Biden to shut down the Dakota Access pipeline?

Thanks for taking action.
