Friend, sign now: Impeach Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh for lying under oath.          SIGN THE PETITION                     During their confirmation hearings, Trump-appointed Supreme Court Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh testified under oath that Roe v. Wade was settled precedent.    Then, they overturned Roe v. Wade.    In his confirmation hearings in 2017, Gorsuch claimed that Roe is precedent : precedent being the “anchor of law” and “the starting place for a judge,” in his own words. He also stated that he accepts the law of the land and that “A good judge will consider [Roe] as precedent of the U.S. Supreme Court worthy as treatment of precedent like any other.”    Kavanaugh followed a similar line in his confirmation hearings in 2018, clearly stating that “[Roe] is settled as a precedent of the Supreme Court…it has reaffirmed it many times.” He also explained that while he listens to all arguments, “Precedent is critically important. It is the foundation of our system.”        We saw through their lies during their hearings, but that doesn’t nullify the fact that two Supreme Court justices perjured themselves under oath. Now that the final ruling is out, we have the evidence to prove it.
