In 2005, the George W. Bush administration decided to let the Assault Weapons Ban expire. Look what happened : Sign now: Re-instate the Assault Weapons Ban and end this era of mass shootings!   SIGN NOW             Democrats need to fight for what they believe in. Weapons of war have no place in our schools, grocery stores, or nightclubs.
