And though we have been making great progress on moving Biden, time is of the essence. Each day that Biden doesn’t grant clemency is another day that people are forced to live in purgatory, impeding people living on home confinement from making meaningful investments in their families, employment or education - all necessary steps to fully and successfully reintegrate into and add value to their communities.
