Dear friend,    A Trump-picked, extreme right-wing judge recently issued a ruling to ban mifepristone—a safe, essential medication for abortion access.1 Because various rulings came out in the aftermath of Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk’s decision to ban the medication, the immediate impact isn't clear—but what is clear is that we can't let conservative extremists and anti-abortion crusaders control our health care, autonomy, and freedom. We need to act now to ensure that the FDA-approved and safe drug for abortion is available to anyone who seeks it.
